OUTPUT SHAFTS
Merkle-Korff offers standard and custom output shafts to meet a varying range of customer specifications (see Option Section.)

LEAD LENGTHS, TERMINATIONS AND HARNESSES
Merkle-Korff offers lead lengths and a wide range of wire colors. Connectors and custom wiring is designed to customer specifications, system-ready.

TACHOMETERS AND ENCODERS
Magnetic Tachometers • 16 pole AC tachometers (8 cycles/revolution) are available with motor models EYQM and CYMM • Tach voltage: EYQM 1.8 vrms per 1000 rpm typical • Tach voltage: CYMM 3.3 vrms per 1000 rpm
typical • Addition of the tachometer will add approximately .50" (12.7 mm) to motor length on Model CYMM and up to .30" (7.6 mm) on Model EYQM

BRAKES

CONE BRAKE
The Cone Brake features a larger diameter friction disc for more rapid deceleration and holding torque.

POSITIVE STOP BRAKE
The Positive Stop Brake can automatically stop the rotation of the output shaft. This brake also has the ability to hold heavier loads at rest.

COIL SPRING BRAKE
The Coil Spring Brake reduces over-travel
of the output shaft while holding lighter loads
in position.

FANS AND FAN BLADES
Merkle-Korff offers a variety of fans and fan blades to effectively satisfy customer cooling needs. Where temperature is an issue or cooling is required for continuous applications, Merkle-Korff has a system to satisfy the need.

PC BOARDS, SWITCHES AND FILTERING
Merkle-Korff offers an extensive array of PC Boards, Switches and Filtering which enables customers to properly interface with existing electronic systems.
